WordPress Multilingual Contact Form 7 Addon

This plugin connects Contact Form 7 with WPML so a single form can be translated rather than rebuilt for each language. The form template, Mail and Mail (2) templates, and the Messages tab all go into one translation job. On translated pages, the same shortcode renders the form in the visitor's language.

Key Features

• One Translation Job – The form template, both mail templates, and the Messages tab are sent together as a single translation job.
• Same Shortcode Everywhere – You keep one shortcode on every language version of a page instead of creating a separate form per language.
• Automatic Language Serving – When a visitor opens a translated page, the form is served in that visitor's language without a different form ID.
• Title-Only Shortcodes – Shortcodes that reference the form by title alone also resolve to the correct language.
• Labels and Choices Translate – Field labels, submit button text, placeholders, and the option values inside checkbox, radio, and select tags are all translated.
• Stable Pipe Values – With pipe syntax only the visible label is translated, so the value sent in the email stays the same across languages.
• Validation Messages Translate – The validation strings on the Messages tab, shown on submission and on error, are translated in the same job.
• Acceptance and Quiz Tags – The Acceptance consent text and Quiz questions and answers are translated, with pipe syntax keeping quiz answers predictable.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for WordPress site owners and developers running multilingual sites with WPML and Contact Form 7. It suits teams that want one form translated into each language rather than maintaining a separate form per language.
