Questions, answered
What is included in the VIP membership?
Every premium theme and plugin in our catalog, plus all updates published while your membership is active. Lifetime members keep access for as long as ThemeForWP operates.
How many downloads can I make?
Each plan has a daily limit (from 20 to 50 downloads per day). The counter resets every day at 00:00 UTC. Re-downloading counts as a download.
Will my membership renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. When a monthly or yearly plan ends, simply buy another one — extra time is added after your current period, so nothing is lost.
What happens when my membership expires?
Everything you already downloaded keeps working — the files are yours under the GPL. You just can’t download new files or updates until you renew.
Can I upgrade to Lifetime later?
Yes. Buy the Lifetime plan at any time; it starts immediately and your download limit increases right away.
Can I use the files on client websites?
Yes. The themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU GPL, which allows use on unlimited websites, including client projects.
Do I get a license key or automatic updates?
No license keys are included. You download new versions from our site and update manually. Features that depend on the developer’s own servers — one-click updates, cloud services, official support — require a license bought from the developer.
What is your refund policy?
Memberships and products are digital goods delivered instantly, so sales are final once delivered. The only exception is a product that cannot be downloaded: if we can’t provide a working download, we refund it.
