Points Multiplier is a GamiPress add-on that lets you apply multipliers to points awards and deducts according to your users' earned achievements and ranks. You can set default multipliers for everything, define specific ones per award or deduct, and disable defaults where you choose. A badge appears when a multiplier can be applied, and its look can be styled.
