Formidable Forms – Views

Formidable Forms – Views is an add-on for the Formidable Forms plugin that turns form entries into front-end displays such as directories, calendars, dashboards, and listings. You build layouts without code, add search and filter controls, and control which entries each user sees. Displays update automatically as new submissions arrive.

Key Features

• No-Code View Builder – Create grid, table, list, or calendar layouts from your WordPress dashboard without writing code.
• Search and Filter Controls – Add searchable fields and dropdown filters so visitors can narrow down entries quickly.
• Conditional Display Logic – Decide what each visitor sees based on their form inputs or whether they are logged in.
• Live Entry Syncing – Views refresh on their own when new form entries come in, so the displayed data stays current.
• File and Image Display – Uploaded photos, resumes, and documents can appear inside your Views.
• Front-End Editing – Approved users can update their own entries from the front end instead of the admin area.
• Map View – Plot entries on an interactive map using address or coordinate fields, useful for location-based directories.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for WordPress site owners already using Formidable Forms who want to publish form submissions on the front end. It suits projects such as job boards, real estate listings, event calendars, staff directories, and dashboards.
