Description
This add-on for Paid Memberships Pro lets you protect custom post types on your membership site. You choose which post types to restrict and which membership levels are required, and non-members either see an excerpt or are sent to another page. It also keeps protected content from being indexed by search engines.
Key Features
- Restrict Custom Post Types – You can apply membership restrictions to any custom post type on your site, not just standard posts and pages.
- Excerpt or Redirect – Non-members can be shown an excerpt of the protected content or redirected to a page you select.
- Search Engine Privacy – Protected content types can be kept out of search engine indexes.
- WooCommerce Product Restriction – The add-on works with WooCommerce so you can limit product access to members.
- Per-Post Membership Panel – A Require Membership panel is added to each protected custom post type so you can pick the levels allowed to view that post.
- Select CPTs Setting – In the admin you choose which custom post types to restrict using a multi-select field.
- Redirect URL Filter – Developers can change the redirect destination for restricted custom post types with a filter hook.
Who Is It For
This add-on is for WordPress site owners running Paid Memberships Pro who publish premium content in custom post types, such as courses, articles, or members-only products. It suits businesses and organizations that want to control who can view those content types.
