Description
The Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On lets your forms pass submitted data to outside services and applications through webhooks. You configure the callback URL, the request method, the data format, and which fields are included. Built-in conditional logic controls which submissions trigger a webhook.
Key Features
- External service integration – Pass data from any form to an outside service or application, including ones without a dedicated add-on.
- Multiple request methods – Send remote HTTP requests using GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, or DELETE.
- JSON or form format – Choose whether the data is delivered to the request URL as JSON or as form-encoded data.
- Custom request headers – Set one or more custom HTTP headers to be included with the outgoing request.
- Field selection – Send all fields, or pick specific form fields, entry meta, or a custom value that supports merge tags.
- Conditional triggering – Use Gravity Forms conditional logic so webhooks fire only for the submissions you choose.
Who Is It For
This add-on is for WordPress site owners and developers already using Gravity Forms who need submitted form data delivered to third-party applications, APIs, or automation platforms, especially when no official add-on exists for that service.
