Description
Easy Digital Downloads All Access is a WordPress plugin for EDD stores that sell membership passes instead of only single products. Once a customer buys a pass, they log in and download the products their pass covers, seeing a Download button where the Buy Now button normally appears. Store owners configure how long access lasts, how many downloads are allowed, and which products or categories the pass includes.
Key Features
- Configurable access duration – You choose how long a pass stays valid, from unlimited time down to a single day.
- Download limits – You can allow unlimited downloads or cap them per day, week, month, or year.
- Category-based access – A pass can cover every product in the store or only selected categories.
- Price variation access – Passes can be limited so they only unlock specific price variations of a product.
- Tiered membership passes – You can build multiple pass levels, such as Gold, Silver, and Bronze, with different access.
- Restricted embedded content – Shortcodes let you hide embedded videos or text on pages, posts, and products from anyone without a valid pass.
- All Access Only mode – You can make products downloadable only through a pass, with no individual purchase option.
- Convert past purchases – A tool turns purchases made before the plugin was installed into All Access Passes.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for owners of Easy Digital Downloads stores who want to sell membership passes that give customers ongoing download access rather than one-off purchases. It suits shops that want to offer tiered or category-limited access and manage what each member can download.
