Description
This addon replaces the usual mail and website links on job listings with an application form. Submitted applications are stored in the database and can be reviewed, rated, and organized by status from the employer or admin dashboard.
Key Features
- Application form on listings – Job listings show a form with fields for the candidate's name, email, cover letter, and a resume upload instead of the standard contact links.
- Applications stored in database – Every submitted application is saved in the site's database rather than only being sent as an email.
- Employer email notification – When a candidate applies, the employer receives an email notification about the new application.
- Form editor – The application form can be changed from the backend, letting you add, edit, or remove fields.
- Customizable notifications – The same editor lets you adjust the email notifications that go to the employer and the candidate.
- Employer dashboard management – If job listings are submitted from the frontend, applications appear on the employer's job dashboard for review.
- Admin dashboard management – If you list jobs yourself, incoming applications are visible in the WordPress admin dashboard.
- Notes, ratings, and statuses – Employers can leave private notes and ratings on applications and sort them by status such as interviewed, new, or archived.
Who Is It For
This addon is for job board operators and employers using WP Job Manager who want applications handled inside WordPress instead of by email. It suits sites where candidates apply through a form and someone needs to review, rate, and track each applicant.
