Description
GravityView – Multiple Forms is an extension for GravityView that lets you display entries from more than one Gravity Forms form in a single View. You can join related entries that share a field value, or union entries from several forms into one combined list. The result is one table or list instead of separate exports.
Key Features
- Join related entries – Joins match related entries across forms using a shared field, such as an email address or ID, and show them side by side in one row.
- Match on several fields – A single join block can match on one field or on multiple fields at once, such as first and last name.
- Advanced Filtering on joins – With joins, filter conditions can target fields from any of the joined forms.
- Union entries into one list – Unions combine complete entries from several forms into a single View with one row per entry, and no shared field is required.
- Field mapping screen – A mapping screen aligns each form's fields into shared columns, and fields with matching labels connect automatically.
- Search and sort combined data – You can search and sort across every combined form as if it were one dataset.
- Edit with each form's fields – Each entry is viewed and edited using the fields of its own form.
- Works with Nested Forms – The extension works with Nested Forms and displays in any GravityView layout.
Who Is It For
This extension is for WordPress users who already collect data with Gravity Forms and want to present entries from more than one form together in GravityView. It suits site builders and developers combining related records, such as profiles with renewals or orders with customers, without exporting to spreadsheets.
