Description

Dashboard Views is a GravityView extension that lets you place Views inside the WordPress admin dashboard, so entries, charts, and reports can be reviewed without publishing them on the front end. Access can be limited by user role, and an internal-only mode keeps a View from rendering publicly. Menu labels and styling can also be adjusted for each View.

Key Features

  • Admin dashboard embedding – Views are shown inside the WordPress admin area rather than on the public site, so staff work with form data in the backend.
  • Internal-only mode – Turning on internal-only mode stops a View from appearing on the front end at all, so it is reachable only from the dashboard.
  • Role-based access control – You decide which user roles may open a given View, so sensitive submissions stay with authorized staff.
  • Custom menu labels – The menu text for each View can be renamed to match how your team refers to that data.
  • Preset CSS styling – Built-in stylesheet presets let you change how Views look inside the dashboard.
  • Dedicated admin menu – Views are gathered under their own admin menu so data management stays in one place in WordPress.
  • Centralized workspace – Team members review, filter, and manage form data from within the dashboard instead of switching tools.

Who Is It For

This extension suits WordPress site owners, agencies, and internal teams already using Gravity Forms and GravityView who need staff to see form submissions privately. It fits internal reporting and project tracking where data should not be shown to clients or the public.
