Description

This plugin sets selection limits on choices in Gravity Forms choice-based fields, so each option can only be picked a set number of times. It shows how many selections remain, disables or hides exhausted choices, and can hide the whole form once all limits are reached.

Key Features

  • Choice selection limits – You enter a maximum number of times each choice can be selected, and choices with no limit can be left blank.
  • Remaining availability display – An editable message next to each choice tells users how many more times it can still be selected.
  • Automatic exhausted choice handling – Once a choice hits its limit it is automatically disabled, and you can also choose to hide it or hide the entire form.
  • Custom limit messages – You can edit the messages shown when a requested quantity exceeds what is left and when a field has reached all its limits.
  • Product and option fields – Limits can also be applied to Product or Option fields, and if a Quantity field is linked to that product, the quantity ordered counts toward the limit.
  • Shared limit pools – Using Advanced inventory type with a Resource lets several choice fields share one limit pool for choices with matching values and limits.
  • Scoped limits – Limits can be tied to another parameter such as a Date field, so availability applies only to that scope.
  • Waiting list snippet – A ready-made snippet keeps exhausted choices selectable and submittable with a waiting list marker so users can still sign up.

Who Is It For

This plugin is for Gravity Forms users who need to cap how many times options can be chosen, such as organizers managing event registrations, limited offers or capacity, and site owners running forms with limited quantities.
