Description

The Gravity Flow Stripe Extension connects Stripe payments with Gravity Forms workflows. It lets a form authorize a payment when submitted, then capture, cancel, or refund that payment at a later step. It also supports creating and cancelling recurring subscriptions from entries.

Key Features

  • Capture Payment Step – A workflow step that collects a payment which was authorized during the initial form submission.
  • Cancel Payment Step – A workflow step that voids a payment authorization.
  • Refund Payment Step – A workflow step that processes a refund, including payments made for the current entry or any Stripe transaction from another form.
  • Cancel Subscription Step – A workflow step that cancels a subscription created by the current entry or a different entry.
  • Authorize on Submission – Payments can be authorized when the form is first submitted, which suits pre-order scenarios.
  • Recurring Subscriptions – You can create and cancel recurring subscriptions from within the workflow.
  • Steps at Any Point – The payment steps can be placed anywhere in the workflow.
  • Seven-Day Authorization Limit – Stripe expires an authorization after seven days, so the workflow must capture the payment within one week.

Who Is It For

This extension is for site owners and developers already using Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow who need payments to follow an approval or review process. It suits businesses handling pre-orders, approval-gated purchases, or subscription services where a transaction should not be finalized until the workflow reaches the right step.
