Description
Points Limits is a GamiPress add-on that lets you cap how many points users can earn. You can set separate limits for each point type and apply them over a lifetime, day, week, month, or year. Limits can also differ per user role.
Key Features
- Time-based earning limits – You choose whether a cap applies across a user's lifetime or resets each day, week, month, or year.
- Limits per point type – Each point type can have its own cap, so different currencies or point categories are controlled separately.
- Limits per user role – You can assign different earning caps to different user roles on the same site.
- Shortcode and block display – A shortcode and a block let you show a user's limit and how much they have earned within it anywhere on the site.
- Sidebar widget display – A widget shows the same limit and earned amount information in any sidebar.
Who Is It For
This add-on suits membership sites, online communities, and e-learning platforms that use GamiPress points and want to keep rewards balanced. It is for site owners who need to control point distribution across roles and time periods.
