Description
EventON RSVP Events Invitees is an addon for EventON that limits event RSVPs to guests you invite. From the event edit screen you can add invitees, generate invitation links, follow their attendance status, and message them individually or all at once. Guests can respond to an invitation directly from the email they receive.
Key Features
- Invite-Only Events – You can restrict RSVPs so that only the guests you invite are able to respond to an event.
- Invitation Emails – Invited guests can confirm whether they will attend straight from the invitation email.
- RSVP in EventCard – Invitation responses appear inside the RSVP section of the event card, alongside the other RSVP options.
- Integrated Message Wall – A message wall built into the event card's RSVP section lets you communicate with invited attendees.
- Invitee Manager on Event Edit – The event edit page in wp-admin lets you invite attendees, track their status, update details, and message them.
- Resend Invitations – You can send invitation links to guests again from the backend if they need them.
- Host-Side Messaging – As the host you can message a single attendee or the whole guest list.
Who Is It For
This addon is for WordPress site owners running EventON who host private or exclusive events and need to control who can RSVP. It suits organizers who want to invite specific guests, follow their responses, and keep in touch with them from the dashboard. It requires the EventON plugin and the RSVP Events addon to work.
