Description
LatePoint Outlook Calendar is a WordPress plugin that connects your LatePoint bookings with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Appointments stay reflected in both places through two-way synchronization, and each booking can get a Microsoft Teams video meeting link created for it.
Key Features
- Two-way synchronization – Bookings made in LatePoint and events in Outlook Calendar are kept in sync in both directions, so each side reflects the other.
- Automatic Teams meetings – A Microsoft Teams video meeting link is generated for each appointment scheduled through LatePoint.
- Shared meeting mode – When shared mode is enabled for a service, all bookings in the same time slot reuse one Teams meeting link rather than separate ones.
- Group booking support – Shared meeting mode was added to support group bookings, letting multiple attendees join the same Teams link.
- Firewall connection fix – Version 1.1.1 addressed Outlook Calendar failing to connect on sites behind Cloudflare or other security firewalls that block requests to WordPress URLs.
Who Is It For
This addon suits service providers and teams that already rely on Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling, and who take bookings through LatePoint on WordPress.
