Description
The Gravity Flow WooCommerce Extension links your WooCommerce store with Gravity Flow. When an order is placed, a Gravity Forms entry is created automatically and the first workflow step starts. The extension includes payment, refund, capture, cancel and checkout steps, plus a payment gateway that lets customers pay later in the workflow.
Key Features
- Automatic order workflows – Each new WooCommerce order creates a Gravity Forms entry, which starts the first step of a Gravity Flow workflow without manual entry.
- Five workflow steps – The extension provides five steps for handling an order inside a workflow: Payment, Refund, Capture Payment, Cancel Payment and Checkout.
- Payment step – A customer can submit payment for an order at any point while the workflow is running.
- Refund step – The Refund step issues a refund for a payment as part of the workflow.
- Capture Payment step – If a payment was authorized at checkout but not captured, this step captures it later.
- Cancel Payment step – This step cancels a payment that was pre-authorized at WooCommerce checkout.
- Checkout step – The Checkout step lets you take an order while it is in the middle of a workflow.
- Deferred payment gateway – A special WooCommerce payment gateway lets customers pay at a later date through the Payment workflow step.
Who Is It For
This extension is for WooCommerce store owners who want orders to follow defined business processes in Gravity Flow, especially businesses that collect payment after a service is delivered or need approvals and multi-party handling. It requires the latest versions of WordPress, Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow.
