Description
This addon extends EventON's RSVP system with a waitlist for events that have reached capacity. Guests can add themselves to the waitlist from the event card, and the system offers an open spot to the next person in line when someone cancels. Organizers can review waitlisted guests and their details from the event edit page in the dashboard.

- Waitlist on Event Card – Guests can join the waitlist directly from the event card, where the current waitlist size is also shown.
- Automatic Spot Offers – When a confirmed attendee cancels, the system automatically offers the freed place to the next guest on the waitlist.
- Waitlist Notifications – Administrators and guests receive automatic notifications about waitlist activity and when a place has been offered.
- Waitlist Notices on RSVP Form – The RSVP form shows a dedicated notice to guests who are joining the waitlist instead of confirming a place.
- Waitlist Confirmation Messages – Guests who sign up for the waitlist get a confirmation with notices written specifically for waitlist participants.
- Waitlist Settings Metabox – Waitlist options sit alongside the other RSVP event settings, and the RSVP count statistics also show waitlist numbers.
- Backend Attendee List – Waitlisted guests and their information can be found from the event edit page in the WordPress admin.
- Move Between Lists – From the attendees view in the event editor, a guest can be moved from the waitlist to the attendee list or back again.
