Description
Formidable Forms Quiz Maker is a WordPress plugin for creating interactive quizzes inside Formidable Forms. You add questions, assign point values, and the plugin calculates scores automatically when someone submits. Quizzes can show a personalized outcome page, run on a timer, or be split across multiple pages.
Key Features
- Outcome Quizzes – Answers can be mapped to results so each quiz taker sees a personalized outcome page instead of only a score.
- Multi-Page Quizzes – Longer quizzes can be divided into pages to keep quiz takers engaged to the end.
- Custom Results Pages – Scores can be displayed on the page, sent to a separate results page, or delivered by email.
- Quiz Timer – You can set a time limit, and the quiz submits itself automatically when time runs out.
- Ready-Made Templates – Prebuilt personality, education, and product recommendation quiz templates let you start with one click.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for WordPress site owners who want to publish scored tests, personality quizzes, or product recommendation quizzes without writing code. It suits educators, marketers, and ecommerce stores that need automatic grading, outcome pages, and a way to collect leads from quiz results.
