Description

Ninja Forms Conditional Logic is an add-on for Ninja Forms that makes WordPress forms respond to user input. You set rules in a point-and-click interface so fields appear or disappear, values change, notifications go to different recipients, and submissions end in different messages or redirects.

Key Features

  • Show and Hide Fields – Fields or whole sections can appear or disappear depending on the choices a visitor makes, so people only see questions relevant to them.
  • Show and Hide List Options – Individual choices inside dropdowns, radio lists, and other list fields can be shown or hidden based on earlier answers.
  • Change Field Values – Field values and calculations can be adjusted conditionally, such as changing a price or quiz outcome based on what the user entered.
  • Conditional Email Routing – Notification emails can be sent to different recipients depending on the answers submitted, so each submission reaches the right team.
  • Custom Success Messages – Different confirmation messages can be displayed after submission based on how the form was filled out.
  • Conditional Redirects – After submitting, users can be sent to different pages depending on their answers.
  • Control Submission Actions – Rules can decide which form actions run on submission, such as subscribing someone to a list or processing a payment only when a condition is met.
  • Multiple Combined Rules – Several conditions can work together in one form, letting you build more complex flows without a limit on the number of rules.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for WordPress site owners and form builders who use Ninja Forms and need forms that change based on user input, such as routing inquiries to the right department or showing only relevant questions.
