Description

This plugin controls checkbox selection counts on Gravity Forms checkbox fields. You set a minimum and maximum number of boxes that can be checked, and the limits are enforced when the form is submitted. It is part of the Gravity Perks collection of Gravity Forms add-ons.

Key Features

  • Maximum selection limit – You can cap how many checkbox options a user is allowed to check on a field.
  • Per-field configuration – Limits are set per checkbox field, so different fields on the same form can use different minimum and maximum numbers.
  • Multiple forms supported – The same limiting behavior can be applied to more than one form.
  • Multi-page form validation – On multi-page forms, the selection limits are checked on the page being submitted rather than the whole form at once.
  • Disabled option styling – Once the maximum is reached, remaining options are disabled, and you can style their labels with CSS.

Who Is It For

Site owners and developers building Gravity Forms forms that need controlled checkbox selection, such as surveys, orders, and preference forms where a minimum or maximum number of choices must be enforced.
