PublishPress Statuses Pro is a WordPress plugin that lets you add custom statuses for your posts beyond Draft and Pending Review. You can build a main workflow for preparing content to go live, plus alternate workflows for content that is not on a direct path to publication. You can also choose which user roles are allowed to move posts into each status.
