Description

Entry Automation Dropbox Extension is a WordPress plugin that works with Entry Automation to upload generated export files to your Dropbox account. After you authenticate with Dropbox, you can set a destination path for the export file in the task settings. Live validation checks that the file can be uploaded to the path you define.

Key Features

  • Dropbox export upload – Once an export file has been generated, the extension sends it to your Dropbox account.
  • Dropbox authentication – You connect the plugin to Dropbox by going through Dropbox's authentication flow from the plugin settings.
  • Destination path setting – In the task settings you enter the Dropbox path where the export file should be placed.
  • Live path validation – The plugin checks as you type that the export file can be uploaded to the path you entered.
  • Connection Settings tab – A Connection Settings tab appears on the Export Entries task screen when the extension is active and authenticated.
  • Install from settings – You install and activate the extension from the Entry Automation plugin settings page in the Gravity Forms Settings section.

Who Is It For

This extension is for site owners and developers who use Gravity Forms with Entry Automation and want their generated export files delivered to Dropbox automatically. It suits teams that already manage form submissions in WordPress and store files in Dropbox.
