Paid Memberships Pro Lock Membership Level

This add-on extends Paid Memberships Pro by letting you lock membership levels so members cannot change or cancel them. You can lock a single member's account or lock a whole level for a defined term, and locked members are redirected away from checkout and cancel pages.

Key Features

• Lock Individual Members – You can lock one member's account so they cannot buy a new level or change their current ones, which is suggested for members who repeatedly purchase and cancel.
• Lock a Whole Level – You can lock a membership level for a set term, so new members of that level are locked automatically until the term ends.
• Require Installments – A level lock can hold members in place until a required number of installment payments have been made.
• Lock Expiration Options – Each lock can be set to expire on a specific date, never, or after a chosen number of days, weeks, months, or years.
• Redirect Locked Members – When a locked member tries to change or cancel a locked level, the add-on sends them to a Membership Locked page you assign.
• Locked Page Shortcode – The Membership Locked page can use the [pmpro_membership_locked] shortcode, whose default message you can change with the message attribute.
• View Locked Members – In the Memberships > Members screen you can filter the member list to show only locked accounts.
• Requires Paid Memberships Pro – The add-on needs the Paid Memberships Pro plugin installed and activated to work.

Who Is It For

It is aimed at WordPress site owners and developers running Paid Memberships Pro sites, especially those offering annual contracts, minimum subscription terms, or installment plans who need to stop early downgrades and cancellations.
