Description
This plugin converts an existing WooCommerce store into a marketplace where multiple vendors can sell. Vendors register, get approved by the admin, and then handle their own products and sales. The store owner earns a commission on each sale made by those vendors.
Key Features
- Vendor registration form – A default sign-up form for sellers can be edited by adding or removing fields, changing their order, and marking them as required.
- Manual vendor approval – New seller applications arrive with a pending status and stay inactive until the admin approves them, or you can switch on automatic approval.
- Vendor permissions – The admin sets rules for sellers, such as limiting how many products they may publish or whether they can create coupons and manage reviews.
- Commission rates – A global commission percentage applies to all vendors, calculated on either the regular or the sale price, and individual vendors can be given a different rate.
- Commission payouts – Vendor commissions can be paid manually, or automated through a payment gateway such as PayPal Payouts, Stripe Connect or Account Funds.
- Vendor vacation mode – A built-in module lets each vendor temporarily close their own shop and display a notice with the reason and reopening date.
- Seller fee – The marketplace owner can require sellers to pay a fee before they begin selling, with approved sellers sent to checkout to complete that payment.
- Manual vendor creation – Admins can add vendors themselves by picking existing users or creating new user accounts in the store.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for WooCommerce store owners who want to host other sellers on their site and earn a share of their sales. It suits shop operators who prefer vendors to handle their own products, stock, shipping and returns while the admin keeps oversight of the marketplace.
