Description
YITH Point of Sale for WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin that turns a WooCommerce installation into a cash register for a physical store or business. Orders placed at the register sync with the online shop's orders, customers and product listings, and the same data flows back the other way. It runs in a web browser on a computer or touch screen.
Key Features
- Two-way store sync – Sales, customer records and product listings move between the register and the online shop in both directions.
- Multiple stores and registers – One installation can hold many stores, for chains or franchises, and many registers within each store.
- Per-register setup – Each register can have its own cashiers, receipts, product and category selection, and payment methods.
- Sales dashboard – A dashboard in the WooCommerce admin area shows sales trends and revenue, filterable by store, register and date.
- Cashier login page – Cashiers reach the registers through a dedicated login page instead of the store backend, and it can be customized from the admin panel.
- Create products at the register – New products can be added from the register view and synced to the online store database, with optional per-location stock values.
- Suspend and save carts – A cart can be frozen and saved in a separate tab so a new order can be started, then picked up again later.
- Split payments – A single order can be paid with more than one payment method, such as part cash and part card.
Who Is It For
It is aimed at shop owners and retail businesses that sell in person and online, such as supermarkets, bars, clothing stores and salons, and want their physical sales handled inside the same WooCommerce installation as their web shop. It also suits chains or franchises that need several stores and registers, and staff who only need a cashier login.
