Description
WPMU DEV Custom Google Search is a WordPress plugin that takes over the search function on your site. Instead of the built-in WordPress search, visitors get results from Google Custom Search Engine. You can also adjust how the search looks and offer autocomplete suggestions as people type.
Key Features
- Replaces Default Search – The plugin takes the place of the standard WordPress search so visitors search through Google Custom Search Engine instead.
- Google-Quality Results – Search results come from Google Custom Search Engine rather than WordPress's own search.
- Autocomplete Suggestions – As visitors type, the search field offers autocomplete suggestions drawn from your site content.
Who Is It For
This plugin suits WordPress site owners who want search results powered by Google Custom Search Engine instead of the default WordPress search, and who want to control the look of the search and offer autocomplete suggestions.
