Description
This plugin attaches any Gravity Form to a WooCommerce product, turning the form into part of the product page. Customers complete the form, pricing recalculates as they make choices, and their answers travel with the order. It is built for products that need more than a price and an add-to-cart button.
Key Features
- Real-time price updates – When a shopper changes an option that affects cost, the product price on the page recalculates immediately using Gravity Forms pricing fields.
- Cart line item data – Each form submission becomes detailed metadata on the cart line item, so the shopper's choices stay attached to the item through checkout.
- Order and email details – Every field the customer filled in shows up as order item metadata in admin order screens, customer emails, order confirmations, and the My Account order view.
- Linked Gravity Forms entries – Each order line item generates a Gravity Forms entry tied to that WooCommerce order item, and you can move between the order and the entry.
- Reorder with saved data – Customers can buy a previous order again with the form data already populated from that original order.
- Stock from form quantities – You can map a form quantity field so WooCommerce deducts stock based on what the customer enters in the form.
- Full Gravity Forms toolset – Forms can use conditional logic, multiple pages, file uploads, date pickers, address fields, and calculations, since they are built with the standard Gravity Forms builder.
Who Is It For
Store owners running WooCommerce who already use Gravity Forms and sell customizable, build-your-own, made-to-order, or service-based products that need structured input from customers before checkout.
