WooCommerce Advanced Notifications

WooCommerce Advanced Notifications is a WooCommerce extension for sending order and stock notifications to people other than the site admin. You create recipients with names and email addresses, then assign them alerts for events such as new orders, low stock, no stock, and backorders. Notifications can be limited by product, category, or shipping class, and can include or exclude prices and order totals.

Key Features

• Multiple recipients – You can create several recipients, each with their own name and email address, and assign the notifications they should receive.
• Category criteria – You can restrict a notification to products that belong to a specific category.
• Shipping class criteria – You can restrict a notification to products in a particular shipping class.
• Per-product notifications – You can set up notifications for individual products, so a recipient's email lists only that product and ignores other items in the order.
• Price and total control – Because the notifications are based on WooCommerce's own emails, you can configure them to include or exclude prices and order totals.
• Relevant data only – Notifications can be set to show only the data that is relevant to each recipient.

Who Is It For

This extension is for WooCommerce stores that need to keep more than one person informed about orders and stock. It suits shops with warehouse or fulfillment staff, businesses working with suppliers or drop shippers, and teams where different departments handle different products.
