Description
SupportCandy Slack Integration connects your SupportCandy support tickets with Slack. Notifications about new tickets and customer replies arrive in your Slack channels, and team members can post replies straight from Slack. Each notification also carries a link back to the ticket in your support portal.
Key Features
- Real-time ticket notifications – Your Slack channel receives a notification as soon as a customer opens a ticket or writes a reply.
- Reply from Slack – Team members can answer a ticket without leaving Slack, and Slack users can be matched to your agents.
- Fallback agent handling – When a Slack user cannot be matched to an agent, a fallback agent posts the response instead.
- Ticket URL in notifications – Every notification includes a link that opens the ticket in your support portal with one click.
- Slack API verification – Incoming webhook calls from Slack are verified through Slack's API process so the request is confirmed to come from Slack.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for support teams that already run SupportCandy on WordPress and use Slack as their main communication tool. It suits agents who want ticket updates and replies handled inside Slack instead of switching between applications.
