Paid Memberships Pro Social Login

This add-on connects your Paid Memberships Pro site to a social login plugin so members can sign in with an existing social network account instead of creating a username and password. The buttons appear on the Membership Checkout page and the frontend login form. New accounts can be created automatically and given a default membership level.

Key Features

• Social login buttons – Connected provider buttons are placed on the Membership Checkout and frontend login pages so visitors can sign in with one click.
• Google, Facebook, X – Members can log in through Google, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) accounts.
• Automatic account creation – If someone logging in does not already have an account, a new user account is created and they are logged in.
• Default membership level – You can assign one membership level as the default for users created through social login.
• Hide per level – Social login can be turned off for individual membership levels from the level editing screen.
• Nextend Social Login support – The add-on works together with the Nextend Social Login plugin, which handles the provider connection.
• Super Socializer support – It also works with the Super Socializer plugin as the social login provider.
• Shortcode override filter – A filter lets you replace the shortcode used to display the social login prompt, useful with a different social login plugin.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for site owners running a Paid Memberships Pro membership site who want to reduce signup friction by letting visitors register and log in with an existing social network account. It suits sites that already use or plan to use Nextend Social Login or Super Socializer as their social login provider.
