This Paid Memberships Pro Add On adds a required reason field to your membership cancellation process. Submitted reasons are saved for each member and included in cancellation emails. It works once activated, with no extra setup.
Key Features
- Required Cancellation Reason – Members cannot complete cancellation until they fill in the reason field on the Membership Cancel page.
- Reasons in Emails – The reason a member submits is added to the cancellation emails sent to both the member and the site admin.
- Stored Reason History – Each submitted reason is saved and shown in a panel on the Edit Member screen for admins to review.
- Email Template Variable – You can place the !!reason!! variable in your email templates to control where the reason appears.
