Description
This add-on for Paid Memberships Pro handles member registration and management at the main network site, then unlocks access to subsites based on the member's level. Subsites mirror the membership levels from the main site and check each user's access against them.
Key Features
- Centralized membership control – All membership levels and users are managed from the primary network site, so admins work from one place instead of each subsite.
- Subsite-specific access – You can decide which subsites each membership level opens up, letting different parts of the network serve different audiences.
- Individual or bundled levels – Membership options can grant access to a single subsite or bundle several subsites together.
- Levels mirrored to subsites – Subsites read the main site's database to show the same membership levels and to verify whether a user has access.
- Protect subsite content – Once configured, you can mark posts and pages on subsites as members-only using the levels from the main site.
- Per-subsite settings – Subsites inherit advanced settings from the main site by default, but a subsite can be switched to use its own custom settings.
Who Is It For
It suits organizations running a WordPress multisite network that sell or gate membership access, such as community hubs, course sites, associations, or corporate intranets with separate subsites. It is also used by networks that segment subsites by content category or audience type.
