Paid Memberships Pro Email Confirmation

This add-on adds an email verification step to the Paid Memberships Pro signup process. New members receive a confirmation email with a validation link and must click it before they can reach members-only content. Site admins can also validate members manually from the dashboard.

Key Features

• Email validation link – A validation link is added to the membership confirmation email, and members must click it to verify their address.
• Access held until verified – Members cannot reach members-only content until they have clicked the validation link.
• Per-level settings – Email confirmation is configured separately for each membership level that needs it.
• Re-validation on email change – You can optionally require validation again when a member changes their email address.
• Manual admin validation – Admins and membership managers can validate a user directly from the dashboard with a Validate User button.
• Resend confirmation email – The add-on adds a Resend Email Confirmation template, sent when a user requests a new confirmation from their account page.
• Spam protection – Verifying each member's email address helps keep fake accounts and spam registrations out of your membership database.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for WordPress site owners running Paid Memberships Pro who want to confirm that new members use valid email addresses before gaining access. It suits membership sites where reaching members by email matters, such as courses, subscription services, and community forums.
