Description
This plugin connected Gravity Forms to FreshBooks accounting software. It automatically created clients, invoices, and estimates from form submissions and mapped form fields to FreshBooks data. The add-on is no longer available for download because the FreshBooks Classic product and API were discontinued.
Key Features
- Automatic client creation – Form submissions could create client records in FreshBooks without manual entry.
- Automatic invoice creation – Invoices were generated in FreshBooks directly from submitted forms.
- Automatic estimate creation – Estimates could also be produced automatically from form entries.
- Field mapping – You could map form fields to the matching FreshBooks data fields.
- Invoice email option – An invoice could be emailed to the client automatically instead of staying in Draft status.
- Mark invoice paid – For Product and Services payment feeds, a completed payment could update the FreshBooks invoice status to paid.
- Entry notes – A note was added to the entry after an invoice or estimate was successfully created.
- Conditional logic – Feeds could use conditional logic options such as greater than, less than, contains, starts with, and ends with.
Who Is It For
This add-on was intended for WordPress site owners and developers already using Gravity Forms who wanted form submissions to flow into FreshBooks for billing and accounting. It suited businesses that needed clients, invoices, or estimates created automatically from online forms.
