Description

This extension is an add-on for Gravity Flow that lets administrators set up parent-child relationships between forms. While viewing an entry for a parent form, a new child form can be submitted and linked to that entry. Child submissions are reachable from the parent form, keeping related documentation together.

Key Features

  • Parent-child form relationships – Administrators can define hierarchical links between a parent form and its child forms.
  • Child submission from parent entry – A child form can be filled in and submitted while an entry of the parent form is open, and the new entry is tied to it.
  • Access from either side – Child evaluations can be opened from the parent application form, and the parent can be reached from the child.
  • Keeps documentation together – Related submissions for one application or project stay grouped in a single structure.

Who Is It For

It is aimed at Gravity Flow administrators and teams that need several related submissions tied to one master record, such as analysts filing evaluations against an application or project staff attaching tasks to a brief.
