Description
Advanced Sending is an add-on for the Flexible PDF Coupons PRO plugin. It sends coupons and gift cards to customers by email, attaching the PDF, and lets you control when each message goes out. You can also edit the email subject and body and insert shortcodes for recipient and coupon details.
Key Features
- Email coupon delivery – Coupons and gift cards are sent straight to the recipient's inbox instead of being handed over another way.
- PDF attachments – The email carries the coupon or gift card as a PDF file the recipient can open and keep.
- Three delay types – You choose between an interval-based delay, a set calendar date, or a date the customer selects at purchase.
- Customer-defined send date – The customer-defined option shows a date selector on the product page and sends the coupon on the chosen day.
- Editable email content – A text editor lets you write the message the recipient sees, or leave it empty to use the default content.
- Shortcode support – Shortcodes such as recipient name, email, message, coupon code and coupon value can be dropped into the email.
- Required recipient fields – In the product settings you decide whether the recipient name, email and message fields must be filled in.
Who Is It For
This add-on is for WooCommerce store owners already using Flexible PDF Coupons PRO who sell coupons and gift cards and want them delivered by email on a chosen schedule. It suits shops running occasion-based or promotional campaigns where the buyer or recipient decides when the coupon arrives.
