Description
EventON RSVP Points is an addon for the EventON event calendar that adds a points system to your site. Visitors can buy points, and those points then work as the currency they use to RSVP to events. You can also require points before someone can RSVP, so attendance is tied to purchased points.
Key Features
- Buy points, RSVP later – Visitors can purchase points ahead of time and then use them to RSVP to events whenever they choose.
- Points bundles – You can group points into bundles so a customer buys several points in one purchase and uses them across multiple events.
- Set price per point – You decide what each point costs, making points the currency used for RSVPs on your site.
- Extra points in bundles – Bundles can include optional bonus points, so you can run offers where buying a set number of points gives the buyer an extra one.
- Purchase boxes anywhere – Ready-made purchase boxes can be placed on any part of your site, and buyers can purchase points for themselves or as a gift for someone else.
- Shortcode placement – A shortcode lets you drop the buy points or buy gift points form into any page or area of your site.
- Points-only RSVP – When points are switched on for an event, attendees must buy points or spend points they already hold in order to RSVP.
Who Is It For
This addon is for site owners already running the EventON calendar who want to charge for event attendance through a points system rather than plain free RSVPs. It suits organizers selling access to events in advance, including those who want to offer multi-point bundles or let buyers gift points to others.
