Description
EventOn PDFer is a WordPress addon for EventON that creates PDF versions of event tickets and RSVP confirmations. It attaches these PDFs to the same emails that already go out for ticket purchases or RSVPs. Recipients can download and print the files, which helps with entry and check-in.
Key Features
- PDF email attachments – PDF confirmations and tickets are attached to the RSVP or ticket purchase email, so recipients can download and print them directly.
- PDF for tickets – When a ticket is purchased through the Tickets addon, the email includes a PDF version of that ticket.
- PDF for RSVP – When someone RSVPs, the RSVP confirmation email includes a PDF confirmation file.
- Template customization – You can turn on PDF generation and adjust the ticket templates using basic HTML from the EventON settings.
- HTML design preview – The HTML design behind a PDF confirmation can be previewed on the RSVP or ticket edit page, though the PDF itself cannot be previewed before sending.
Who Is It For
This addon is for EventON users who already run the RSVP or Tickets addon and want attendees to receive printable PDF confirmations or tickets by email. It suits organizers of events where people need a downloadable document for entry or check-in.
