Description
EventOn Event Reviewer is a WordPress addon for EventON that lets attendees submit ratings and reviews for events. You can display overall ratings and reviews on event cards, choose which reviews appear, and collect extra feedback through custom fields.
Key Features
- Attendee Ratings and Reviews – Visitors can leave a 5-star rating and written review for an event, giving you real attendee feedback.
- Reviews on Event Cards – Review content can be placed directly inside the event card so visitors see feedback while browsing the calendar.
- Rating Data Display – You decide whether rating data is shown publicly on the event or kept visible only to admins.
- Featured Review Selection – You can choose to show only featured reviews, only the newest ones, or the full set of reviews.
- Highlighted Review Text – Bolding text inside a review makes that part stand out to visitors reading it.
- Real-Time Form Validation – The review submission form checks field values as they are entered and shows error notices.
- Secondary Rating Fields – Beyond the main event rating, you can create additional rating fields to gather more detailed feedback.
- Custom Review Fields – Up to five custom fields can be added to collect other review data, using input fields, dropdowns, or secondary ratings.
Who Is It For
This addon is for WordPress site owners already using the EventON calendar plugin who want attendees to rate and review events. It suits event organizers, venues, and communities that want visible feedback on their event listings.
