Easy Digital Downloads User History is an add-on for Easy Digital Downloads stores that records the pages a visitor views before completing a purchase. Store owners can open an order's details to see that browsing path, the referring site, and the time spent on each page. It also shows a customer's other transactions and total spend across completed, non-refunded, non-cancelled orders.
Key Features
- Customer Browsing History – For each transaction you can see the pages the customer visited, in the order they viewed them, before buying.
- Referrer Information – The plugin records which site sent the customer to you, and when a search engine does not hide the query, the search phrase they used.
- Time Spent Tracking – You can see how long a visitor stayed on each page before moving on, plus the total time from start to finish.
- Search Browsing History – You can search your payment history to find how many transactions included a particular page or referrer in the customer's browsing history.
- Admin Email Tags – Two email tags, {browsing_history} and {purchase_history}, let you include this data in your sale notification emails.
