Description
This plugin connects Download Monitor with Contact Form 7 so downloads stay locked until a visitor submits a form. You link a form to a download, place it with a shortcode, and adjust the access settings, including showing the form in a pop-up.
Key Features
- Gate downloads with forms – Downloads stay inaccessible until the visitor submits the linked Contact Form 7 form.
- Link form to download – You attach a Contact Form 7 form to a specific download to control access to it.
- Shortcode embedding – The gated download is placed on your site using a shortcode.
- Pop-up form option – The unlocking form can be displayed as a pop-up rather than inline.
Who Is It For
It suits WordPress site owners who distribute files through Download Monitor and want to gather visitor details or leads before the download happens. It is aimed at anyone using downloads for lead generation, selling digital products, or limiting unauthorized access to files.
