Description
This AffiliateWP add-on adds an affiliate selection to checkout, where a customer can choose from a menu or type in an affiliate ID or username. The chosen affiliate is credited with commission for that order. The option appears only when no referral link is already being tracked.
Key Features
- Affiliate selection at checkout – Customers can choose an affiliate from a select menu or type the affiliate ID or username at checkout, and that affiliate receives commission on the purchase.
- Hidden when link tracked – If a referral link is already being tracked, the affiliate list or input field is not displayed at checkout.
- Order payment note – A payment note on the order screen shows the referral ID, the amount recorded for the affiliate, and the affiliate's name.
- Optional required selection – You can choose to require that the customer select an affiliate at checkout.
- Display options for affiliates – You control how the affiliates are listed in the select menu.
- Custom prompt text – You can set the text that appears above the select menu or input field at checkout.
Who Is It For
This add-on is for AffiliateWP site owners who want customers to credit a specific affiliate during checkout, including sites whose affiliates are nonprofit organizations. It works with Easy Digital Downloads, WooCommerce, and Restrict Content Pro.
