Description
EventOn Advent Calendar is an addon for the EventON event calendar that presents events as date-based surprise boxes. You decide which event card fields stay hidden before the date, and the content unlocks on the day itself. The same fields can also be hidden once an event has passed, with a notice shown instead.
Key Features
- Reveal on the date – Selected event information stays out of view until the event's date, when it is shown to visitors automatically.
- Hide fields beforehand – You choose which event card fields are kept hidden on the calendar before the event date.
- Hide past event fields – The same fields can be hidden after an event is over, and a notice displayed in their place.
- Automatic daily unlock – Each box has its own unlock date, and its content appears on that day without any manual work.
- Custom content per day – Every date can hold its own content, such as images, text, videos, download links, coupons or event details.
- Responsive on any site – The addon adapts to different screen sizes and fits into an existing EventON calendar and WordPress site.
- Year-round use – Beyond holiday calendars, it works for any countdown or timed content release, such as daily tips or event teasers.
Who Is It For
This addon suits site owners already running the EventON calendar who want a date-by-date reveal, whether for holiday promotions, giveaways, festival countdowns or teasers spread across a season.
