Description

Ninja Forms Slack is a WordPress plugin add-on that sends a Slack notification as soon as a visitor submits a form on your site. Each form can be pointed at its own Slack channel, and the message body can include submitted field values through merge tags. It connects using Slack's Incoming Webhooks, so no OAuth approval or third-party relay service is involved.

Key Features

  • Channel Routing – Different forms can deliver their notifications to different Slack channels, such as sales, support, or a private channel.
  • @Mention Support – Message templates can tag individual teammates or user groups so the responsible person is alerted.
  • Merge Tag Messages – Submitted field values can be placed into the Slack message body so the notification shows the actual content.
  • Webhook Setup – The connection is made by pasting a Slack Incoming Webhook URL into the form action, with no OAuth approval step.
  • Per-Form Control – Slack notifications are configured on each form separately, each with its own destination channel and message format.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for WordPress site owners and teams already using Ninja Forms who want form submissions to land in Slack instead of an inbox or dashboard. It suits sales, support, and operations teams that route different kinds of inquiries to different channels.
