Description

This plugin links Gravity Forms with LearnDash LMS. When someone submits a form, a new user account is created and that person is enrolled in the courses you selected. You can build signup forms for free courses or, with a Gravity Forms payment add-on, for courses that require payment.

Key Features

  • Instant course enrollment – Choose one or more courses in the form's LearnDash settings, and each person who submits the form is enrolled in them automatically.
  • User registration on submit – A successful form submission creates a new user account on your site, with the email field required for registration to work.
  • Free course signup forms – You can use the integration to build signup forms for courses that are offered at no cost.
  • Paid course signup – With a Gravity Forms payment add-on, the same signup form can charge for courses; the Paid Form option must be enabled in the LearnDash settings.
  • Payment add-on support – Payments are handled through Gravity Forms gateway add-ons such as Stripe, PayPal Payments Standard, PayPal Payments Pro, 2Checkout, and Authorize.net.
  • Flexible form fields – Forms can include as many fields as you like, and you can ask for name, username, and password or let the system generate a password.
  • User registration feed – Course assignment happens through a Gravity Forms user registration feed, where you set the username, email, password, and role.

Who Is It For

This add-on is for LearnDash course creators and site owners who already use Gravity Forms and want form submissions to handle account creation and course enrollment. It suits those running free or paid course signups, including membership sites that need a simple registration path.
