EventOn Slider Addon

EventOn Slider Addon is a WordPress plugin that converts events from your EventON calendar into a slider of events. It offers several display layouts, from multiple slides to carousels, so events can be placed on spotlight on homepages and landing pages. Slider controls, navigation dots, autoplay, and the choice between upcoming or past events are configured through the admin panel or shortcode parameters.

Key Features

• Multiple Slides Layout – Show several event slides at once with slider controls for moving between them.
• Single Slide Layout – A one-slide setup adapts to the width of the page and keeps the interaction seamless.
• Mini Slider Option – For tighter spaces, the mini slider shows less event information, and clicking a slide reveals more.
• Dark Slider Controls – The bottom slider controls can be switched to a darker style.
• Navigation Dots Toggle – Slider navigation dots can be turned on or off from the shortcode generator.
• Auto Start and Pause – The slider can start automatically when the page loads and pause when a visitor hovers over it.
• Upcoming or Past Events – The slider can be configured to list either upcoming events or past events.
• Slide Click Interaction – You decide how event information is revealed when a slide is clicked.

Who Is It For

This addon is for WordPress site owners already running the EventON calendar who want a visual, scrollable way to highlight events on homepages and landing pages. It suits organizers, venues, and community sites that need event images, dates, and titles presented in a slider or carousel rather than a plain list.
