Description
WooCommerce Order Status Control is an extension for WooCommerce stores that changes how paid orders move through the order workflow. Instead of leaving every paid order in processing, you can have orders marked complete right after payment, or stop auto-completion altogether. The setting is chosen from WooCommerce settings.
Key Features
- Auto-complete paid orders – Paid orders can be moved straight to completed after a successful payment rather than staying in processing.
- Complete all orders – You can choose to auto-complete every paid order in the shop, no matter which products it contains.
- Virtual orders only – Alternatively, auto-completion can be limited to orders that consist entirely of virtual products.
- Turn auto-completion off – The plugin can also block orders from completing automatically, including virtual and downloadable ones.
- Settings in WooCommerce – The mode is selected under WooCommerce settings, where you pick All Orders, Virtual Orders, or None.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for WooCommerce store owners who want to control when paid orders are marked complete, whether they sell shippable goods, virtual items, or a mix. It suits shops where no action is needed between payment and completion and where manual status changes take up time.
