WPMU DEV Forminator Pro

Forminator Pro is a WordPress plugin for building forms, quizzes, polls, and calculators with a drag-and-drop editor. It supports payment collection, digital signing, and generating PDFs from submissions. Conditional logic, calculations, and repeatable fields let you build forms that adapt to what users enter.

• Interactive Quizzes – Publish quiz-style content that captures leads and can be shared socially.
• Polls – Add polls with images, dynamic settings, and instant results, embedded via shortcode.
• Payment Collection – Take payments through Stripe and PayPal directly in your forms.
• Conditional Logic and Calculations – Fields can repeat, calculate values, and appear based on earlier answers.
• Save and Resume – Visitors can save a partially completed form and return to finish it later.
• Spam Protection – Block automated submissions using reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, or Turnstile.
• PDF Generation – Produce PDF files from what users submit through your forms.
