Description

Gravity Forms Limit Submissions is a WordPress plugin that caps the number of entries a Gravity Form can receive. You can build limits around who is submitting, what they enter, where the form is embedded, and how often it may be used. When a limit is reached, a custom message can be shown and notifications sent.

Key Features

  • Limit by user, role, IP – You can cap submissions for a specific logged-in user, everyone in a role, or visitors sharing an IP address.
  • Limit per page – The same form can be placed on several pages, with the number of submissions counted separately for each page.
  • Time period limits – You set how often submissions are allowed, from once a minute to a fixed number per day or a total over all time.
  • Combined limitation rules – Several limitation rules can be mixed together in one feed for tighter control over who may submit and when.
  • Custom limit message – Once the limit is reached, the form shows a message you write, and merge tags can be used inside it.
  • Limit reached notifications – Gravity Forms notifications can alert the admin, the submitting user, or both when a limit has been hit.
  • Submission count shortcode – A shortcode lets you show how many submissions have been made, how many remain, and what the total limit is.

Who Is It For

This plugin is for WordPress site owners and developers who use Gravity Forms and need to control entry volume, such as running contests, giveaways, registrations, surveys, quizzes, or job applications where repeated submissions must be prevented.
