Description
This plugin adds date and time functions to Gravity Forms calculations. It lets you find the gap between two dates, count weekdays or weekend days, work out an age, and measure the difference between two times. Results update live as the form is filled in and recalculate on submission.
Key Features
- Date difference – Returns how far apart two date fields are, in days by default or in weeks, months, or years.
- Age calculation – Reports completed years between a chosen date and today, with months, weeks, or days available instead.
- Working day count – Counts Monday through Friday between two dates so you can see how many business days fall in a range.
- Weekend day count – Counts Saturday and Sunday between two dates, using the same start and end options as the date difference function.
- Time difference – Measures the gap between two time fields, in hours by default or in minutes and seconds.
- Round up time – Wraps the time difference in a rounding function to reach the next whole hour, which suits hourly billing.
- Live recalculation – Formulas run as the user fills in the form and run again on submission so the numbers stay accurate.
- Timezone and DST – A timezone parameter sets a base zone for time calculations, with daylight saving awareness on by default.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for Gravity Forms users who build booking, rental, scheduling, or similar forms and need date and time arithmetic in their calculations. It suits site builders and form creators who want those results produced inside the Gravity Forms formula editor.
